Sollso Impeller doesn´t have gears, sprockets, a chain, or even pedals

Unlike a traditional bike, the Sollso Impeller Carbon Fiber Bike is a balance bike.

It doesn´t have gears, sprockets, a chain, or even pedals. Instead, this walker alternative is used to help balance you so that you can push off with your feet.

This allows you to get some speed and enjoy a nice ride without the restrictions of a walker and with more safety than a traditional bike.

Not wanting to be limited to his walker for the rest of his days

In the place where the hamburger originated, Hamburg, Germany, an 85-year-old man named Albrecht noticed he wasn´t able to get around like he used to.

Not wanting to be limited to his walker for the rest of his days, he decided to do something about it so that he could still enjoy being outdoors as he did in his youth.

He invented the Impeller Carbon Fiber Bike and started his company, Sollso, with the help of his son. Now it´s easier than ever for older individuals to enjoy biking in a way they couldn´t since they were younger!

The company says that a small swing is all it takes to match the speed of a pedestrian.

Although it doesn´t come equipped with a lot of the mechanisms found in a standard bike, it still has front and rear V-braking, a kickstand, and a lightweight carbon fiber frame that brings the weight to just under ten pounds.

The Impeller Bike frame is light enough for most to carry

The seat is also adjustable, and it sits atop twenty-inch aluminum wheels. As far as riders go, the bike can support weights of up to two hundred and twenty pounds.

The lightweight frame is light enough for most to carry it short distances if need be, and it even comes in your choice of blue, blue-grey, light gray, magenta, orange, red, or black.
